Purchase of a TV received broken
Hello, I bought a TV and unfortunately for me I received it broken, the package was very badly packed, or even not packed at all, as if it had been done on purpose in order to get a refund in their favor. A dispute has been opened in the hope of being able to send the package back and get a refund. Regards.

I didn't really understand the description of your problem....
On one hand you say------> " I bought a TV and, unfortunately for me, I received it broken".... " A dispute was opened in the hope of being able to send the package back and get a refund."
- all of that makes sense...
But, you also write ----> " the package was very badly packed, or not packed at all, as if it had been done on purpose in order to get a refund in his favor"
- I can hardly see a seller messing up their packaging and hoping to be refunded...
It's rather the buyer who has that expectation...
There seems to be some confusion in the roles of seller and buyer...
- but you don't say what kind of help you want.
