I returned an item to the supplier, who received it on time and I am still waiting for the refund § I have the Colissimo return number and the tracking showing the package was received by the supplier
What should I do to get refunded?

Did you follow the return procedure properly and record the tracking number?

Contact your seller to ask for a refund, have you asked for a return label and opened a dispute for item not as described and noted the return number on eBay
