Hello, I just bought a brand new second-generation AirPods Pro for €179, I bought them on January 15 and I still have no response, I can't contact the seller and say that the AirPods were paid for, I can't track the shipment. However, I have an order number. What can I do? Should I wait. Or three days. Can you give me some information? Thank you

You’ll have to wait until the delivery deadline has passed before considering opening a dispute for an item not received:
