Hello, I created a sales listing with bidding without checking the "direct offer" option. The only bidder is making me a direct offer. I can't modify my listing to allow him this offer. What should I do? Thank you for your help

thanks for the reply but it doesn't work. Although the auction ends in more than 12 hours (3 days in this case) and there's only one bidder, the option I’d like to add, "direct offer," remains greyed out and therefore impossible to add.

Haven't you read the second link? 🤔

Hello, if I read the 2 links correctly that I had already looked at. The option stays greyed out and I still can't validate it. Too bad. the sale is over. Thank you

The second link clearly states that if a bid has already been placed, the bidder must retract it; only under that condition does the seller have access to the "direct offer" box...
