I sold and sent this album, I provided a tracking number, the buyer, who had already paid, was unable to pick up the package because he did not receive the pickup codes, this package was returned to me. What should I do now? The buyer is still interested

You ask them to pay you the amount of the shipping costs by whatever means you both want (that will be your personal arrangement between you) -
The simplest thing might be to avoid deliveries with a code... !
Once you’ve received the money, you send it back to them...
