Hello
For the past few weeks my sales listings have been appearing with a "improve visibility" banner put in place by eBay advertising even though I didn't ask for anything.
I've made several phone calls and each time the same refrain: "everything is back to normal" even though the problem remains.
What should I do to fix this problem?
