Shock absorbers
Hello, I am still in contact with [Deleted] about my parts return (shock absorbers), and they keep replying to me with the same message saying that the part is still in Germany, and because of that I cannot be refunded. Could you contact them and do what is necessary for this refund. Thank you in advance

Asking for eBay’s intervention is only done as part of the return process, and within very specific time limits (which you really must not exceed, because after that eBay will no longer step in):
