Regarding sales bans on daggers... it's here------> Knife policy | eBay except maybe if placed in the "collectibles" category.
Take a look in this section--> https://www.ebay.fr/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p3519243.m570.l1313&_nkw=poignard&_sacat=0 how the listings are "put together" and in which categories the items are placed... That should help you...
As @max2661953 told you, don't put the already banned listing back up.. make a completely new one with synonym or different words..
Listings cost you nothing as long as you do not exceed 150 active listings online each month... Fees for private sellers | eBay
