Announcement violates our rules
Since today all my new listings that I put up, eBay says this listing violates our rules when it doesn't.
Have you had the same problem, is this a bug on their end?
And I see that we can't contact them by phone anymore? ?

if you could specify which rule you broke (for eBay), that could help.
And no, customer service is no longer reachable by phone.
