Announcement removed following a violation of a regulation
Summary: wars80 bought two items from a seller on eBay and discovered that the listing had been removed for violating the rules. After receiving one of the items, wars80 found that it was a counterfeit. They are wondering whether they can return the products and get a refund. francexpressdeal advised contacting eBay customer support to resolve the issue.
Hello, I just bought 2 items from the same seller and, when I wanted to look at the listing again, I just saw that it had been removed following a violation of some rule...
I would have liked to know exactly what it was about and whether it would be possible for me to cancel regarding the 2 purchases,
I see, after receiving the first item, that it is a counterfeit of a Samsung product, NOTHING like the photos used, the packaging is plain black and full of spelling mistakes, and on the back it says to go to Samsung's website for the warranty. Yet it is a product with no distinct brand.
Can I return it and ask to be refunded?

Mentor8 months agoGood evening @wars80
posting the link is pointless since the item has been removed from the site (so it is no longer visible).
