I would like to know how to proceed to have "50% discount" appear on my current listings regarding their prices.

This option is only available to sellers with a paid store...

On the other hand, you don't have anything for sale that goes over €2.40+shipping = at -50% you'll only have a few cents left once the shipping and site fees are deducted.
(not to mention that in any case buy-it-now items can't be priced below €1)
