Good evening, I tested and therefore used sponsored ads for 2 years, the amount of the fees had become too high for me and the number of sales was not extraordinary. So, 2 months ago, I paused this advertising campaign. Obviously I continued paying sponsorship fees for 1 month, that is to say until August 12, as indicated in the terms of the sponsored campaigns.
To my great surprise, I discovered this morning that my latest sale triggered " general sponsored ad fees " even though I have had no advertising campaign running since July 13.
Why these fees when my ads have not been sponsored for almost 3 months?

Is this an ad that was already online before you stopped your sponsored campaigns?
Otherwise, the best thing is to ask customer service:
