US announcements and eBay International Shipping
Hello,
I’m looking to import a computer available in the US, and I’ve noticed that France is excluded from 3/4 of the US listings in the Ebay International Shipping program (Germany too).
Is this a default Ebay setting or are there legal restrictions? The sellers I’ve contacted are not aware of this and have not deliberately blocked France and/or Germany.
