Cancellation

I've made an advance sale of €350 (which is no small amount)
While looking at the details and wanting to get the details of it, I accidentally requested an order cancellation. I asked the seller to رفض it since it was accidental
But after this refusal, I noticed that eBay's terms were not respected for this advance sale
The sale exceeded the 30 days accepted by eBay (order placed in December 2024 and the advance sale only available in February 2025)
So I wanted to cancel the order because after those 30 days eBay wouldn't be able to do anything if, for example, I don't receive my order.
But I can no longer make a cancellation request
Would anyone have a solution so that I can get a refund and cancel the order?
