Auction purchase cancellation
My son bid on an item on my eBay account without my permission.
I reported it immediately to the seller after the auction ended (when I saw the email saying my account had won the auction)
I haven't heard back from the seller.
The cancellation has still been pending for several days.
What should I do?

Since you are the winner of the auction (whether it’s your son or you yourself = it’s the same...) you need to ask your seller to cancel the order (who seems to be deaf to your request)

You have 2 options-->
1) - don’t pay and end up with a problem on your buyer account (if it happens again within the year, you may not be able to buy from sellers who have configured their eBay accordingly)
2) - pay and wait for delivery to send it back and be refunded later..

If the cancellation was requested by private email-> =--- no "contractual" value and therefore the seller can indeed be deaf/mute...
If the cancellation was requested in accordance with the instructions in the link I gave you above .... you need to wait for the seller’s reply and be mindful of the deadlines...
