Cancellation of the sale at the buyer's request - republishing the listing, 70% commission applicable

Hello  A buyer, after having bought at a fixed price, is asking to cancel the sale. I had posted the listing during a promotional weekend on commission fees at -70%. Ebay is suggesting I relist the ad, but since the promotion period is now over, what commission terms will apply? (Should the 70% offer still be considered valid or not) Thanks

Good evening @arnaud676869    The promotion on commission fees will no longer be valid.   The same goes when a buyer uses a promo code to make a purchase that is ultimately cancelled: their voucher is lost.   Best regards
