Hello,
I bought an item and it arrived defective, I contacted the seller and made a return request. Since then, the seller sent me a new item, and it works. The problem is that my payment is blocked and neither he nor I can manage to unblock it. It’s been 48 hours since I’ve been sending my request to cancel the return, but I keep getting this message every time:
an error has occurred
An error occurred on the site. Please go back and try again

I was able to contact the eBay team, who called me back within 10 minutes. All I had to do was not add a comment in the space reserved for that purpose, after entering the cancellation reason, and send the request like that, and it worked. I didn't have time to clear the internet cache; apparently it was the fact of adding a comment that was blocking everything. I'm adding this comment in case it can help other people. Thank you for your help.
