I am the seller for order no. 07-13773-63210. I accepted a cancellation but my eBay balance does not cover the full refund (it is missing €43.20) and I do not have the amount available immediately. Could you let me know the possible options: deadline, payment plan, transaction reclassification, or something else? Also, I did not know that I had to pay extra to accept the cancellation, otherwise I would never have accepted it. Thank you for your urgent help.
