Sale cancellation
Hello, new seller on Ebay, one of my items listed for sale was purchased (the description didn't match the actual product), so I contacted the buyer to let them know that the product purchased bears no relation to the item's description.
I therefore decide to refund them, but it is now impossible for me to cancel the order.
If anyone has a solution, I'll take it, thanks.

With all these new products you should be declared as a professional seller....
For the item sold = shipping via Mondial Relay or Chronopost impossible given the size.
