cancellation of an immediate purchase by the seller on the grounds that my account is new

Hello, I'd like to know whether the seller can unilaterally cancel an immediate purchase (paid via PayPal) solely on the grounds that my account is new (so with no feedback)? To put it simply, I had an eBay account -which seems to have been deleted because it had not been used for more than 10 years- using the same email address used to create this new account. I'd like to know whether eBay would have access to my old feedback and could vouch for my good faith to the seller.   Thanks and ha...

Hello  What you're asking isn't possible .. Instead, explain your situation to the seller before making another purchase or look for what you're after from another seller.
