cancellation of an auction less than 12 hours before the deadline
Hello, I’m a seller, and a bidder placed an automatic bid that was too high “by mistake,” which they can’t cancel because it’s less than 12 hours before the end of the sale. Can I cancel their automatic bid as the seller? What are the solutions please?
