cancellation of an order by mistake
Good evening, I accidentally canceled and therefore refunded an order that had already been shipped.. actually I wanted to cancel an order but I didn't cancel the right one.
Which means the customer is going to receive a refund and their order..
and I don't know how to contact eBay to let them know.

Ebay won't do anything about this...
You're going to try to make up for your mistake by contacting your buyer and telling them what happened, and above all by having a friendly and polite exchange with them...
If this person is honest, they will refund you the transaction amount directly after receiving their order... But that will depend solely on their goodwill...
Give them the payment method that suits you (paypal, bank transfer or check..)
(And above all I hope this buyer is French to avoid the complications caused by a foreign transaction...)
You made an unfortunate move that you now have to take responsibility for, while crossing your fingers.
