EBAY informs me of the cancellation of a purchase by a customer and asks me to approve it or not within 3 days. I don't see any tab to approve it or not. Can you help me please? Thank you, Nathalie

Hello @llantiquites

in the eBay message that informs you of the cancellation request, you can display "the cancellation details". Click there and then you should be able to accept the cancellation :
