cancellation refused by seller

Hello!

I made a mistaken purchase for a Christmas gift but realized it within a minute of making the payment. I sent a message to the seller. The seller shipped the parcel and so refused the cancellation the next day. What can I do? Is a return still possible?

Do not refuse the package, as you would then lose the eBay customer guarantee:

Hello,

You have 1 hour to cancel the purchase > after that there's nothing more to do

Either return the package

Or resell it on eBay

Hello, @ademor_33 ,

You can refuse the parcel, but you will not be refunded the shipping costs.

Same if you send it back, it would be at your expense.
