CANCELLATION REFUND
hello,
I refunded a customer for an item he had purchased, except he called me back saying that the bank account he had paid with has been closed.
How can I cancel the refund?

Not possible.
It’s an issue between the buyer and their bank...
neither you nor ebay can do anything about it (the refund always goes through the same path as the original payment)
= The buyer is free to contact ebay customer service to have that confirmed.
