I'm trying to get a refund for the shipping payment on the order unused. Since the shipping payment on the platform never resulted in the issuance of a document accepted by the post office, I had to pay for a Chronopost at the counter. Since then, the parcel has moved to shipped status and I no longer have the ability to cancel.
