You cannot cancel a dispute...
- you can only close it when your response time has ended.
or else you ask Customer Service to help you... (eBay customer service)
But it would be good to know what dispute it is about... that would help for a more precise response...

OP1 year agoI filed a dispute through eBay to cancel an order, but since the seller wasn't responding I did it through Paypal instead; now it's blocked at the refund stage
