Hello, I paid for an item via eBay without creating an account; I thought shipping was included, but that isn't the case. The seller is offering to cancel my purchase ... But I created my account afterward, so there's nothing to cancel in the history; how do I do it? Thanks
It's up to the seller (they get to choose the reason that will make it possible to cancel the commission fees entirely), if they don't know how, they should come to the forum...
