Hello, I would like to cancel an order I placed because the seller has not validated the shipment at all and is not responding to my messages. It has already been 15 days since the order... I tried to make a cancellation request that the seller was supposed to approve, but since the deadline has passed, the cancellation was refused... it's starting to seriously annoy me.
