Cancel a return request
Hello everyone,
I can’t manage to cancel a return request
When I fill out the request to close this return request, I get the error message "Your request could not be processed due to a technical problem"
What should I do?

Have you tried with another browser...?
If that still doesn’t work... it may be a bug, so wait until tomorrow.
( don’t forget to clear the browser cache used for this request, because you have probably stored some info that will cause trouble later..)
