Cancel a sale because the buyer doesn't want to come pick up the item
I put an item up for sale, the buyer made me an offer that I accepted, but he wants me to ship it even though it was specified as hand delivery.
He claims he doesn’t care about the condition of the item when it arrives, but I don’t want to make this shipment.
I blocked this buyer who hasn’t paid yet, but how do I relist my ad.

"buyer who hasn't paid yet": there's also cancellation for non-payment, but you'll have to wait 4 days
