Issue when putting up for sale

Hello,

For several days now I've been having an issue when listing an item for sale

'It seems that this account is causing a problem. Your account may have been used without your permission'

So far, okay, ebay asks me to verify via SMS, that's done and.... again and again and again

I imagine there's a way to sort this out... but which one?
