hello, I sold a PC, the sale was completed, but it's impossible to generate the Mondial Relay label through the Packlinck platform, even worse as soon as I go to "get a shipping slip" I end up on a page that basically says "order not found" after contacting Ebay who tells me the platform has a bug, the Packlinck platform tells me I'll get a response within 24 to 48 hours... so what should I do ??? the only quick solution would be to pay full price for this shipment (+3 bucks) and even then to fill out the Mondial form I need the buyer's email address. are you aware of a similar problem. thanks

And for the email, you put in your own and you'll relay the pickup information to the buyer via eBay messaging.
