Device paid to the seller but never delivered!

Because of an address problem, the item was returned to the seller and, despite my payment, he never sent me the device.
I followed up several times, he promised to send it with his word of honor, in vain! (I kept the screenshots).
After 2 contacts, customer service tells me, "deal with the customer yourself" because after 30 days I will have no recourse ...
Don't trust anyone (a lot of thieves apparently), not this site either, which does not respect the basic rules of commerce because the buyer, in fact, has no guarantee at all, to be avoided!
Very, very disappointed, I'll take care of the publicity ...

Mentor1 year agoYou did indeed have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to report a problem, that's the guarantee provided by eBay..
Blame only yourself and the seller if you believed his pretty words..

Why, if I have to deal with the thief-seller on my own, doesn’t eBay give me their contact details so that
I can take legal action in this case ?
