Outdoor wall light
When buying an item, I didn’t have or didn’t see the address change option for delivery and the only choice was Mondial Relay
Since the purchase, I’ve been emailing the seller asking him to take the correct delivery address into account
He is not responding
Purchase made on 23/03 and the amount has already been debited from my account
I can’t reach eBay by phone to explain the situation to them
A solution please

If the parcel has already been sent, no changes are possible anymore.
Ebay won't be able to do anything about it...
