Hello, I would like to know how to apply a promotion to one of my items for sale ( e.g. -20%) and have this promotion visible in my listing to everyone. Thank you for your help.

Without a shop, it's only possible for items available in multiple copies (discount based on the quantity purchased).

So I’m afraid you’ll need to register your discount by directly changing the item’s price in the listing (feel free to mention in the description that you’ve just granted a 20% discount).
