That’s what triggers payment to the seller.. right away.... if they’re recognized as "top" by the site... and in about +/- 15 to 20 days for new sellers or occasional sellers...
What about the tracking number... ?
That proves shipment....
The time allowed to report non-receipt is enough for eBay to do what’s necessary to protect the buyer if the package hasn’t reached them...
So what matters isn’t shipping... but the package being received properly.
Hello Actually, I never received my order and I've been waiting for it for 6 months, so the deadline has already passed, so let's just forget about that. But what I want to know is where my money is, because the seller is new and had never made a sale before.... He tells me he never received any money, and eBay tells me they sent it to him.... I don't even know who to believe.... . Anyway, I'm going to the police station to try to find a solution.
No matter who has the money: the seller is responsible for their sale, so you need to take it up with them (the back-and-forth between them and eBay is not your problem).

No matter who has the money: the seller is responsible for their sale, so you need to take it up with them (the back-and-forth between them and eBay is not your problem).
