Scam
Summary: mahec-5259 expressed frustration after being scammed while buying a console. Despite requesting a cancellation, it was refused and they were advised to wait for the arrival of an item that will probably never come. *miss-tigri* replied by suggesting following eBay’s dispute process once the delivery date has passed, then opening a dispute with PayPal if necessary.
I got scammed when buying a console. I bought a console and right after that the seller told me he no longer had the console.. I made a cancellation request but it was refused, saying the item should arrive, even though there was no shipment at all. I made a report and I’m being told that I have to wait for the item to arrive and then send it back, but there will never be anything, and I have the impression that the thing was changed to hand delivery, even though I paid shipping fees and to the Mondial Relay address. If someone knows how to do this or if this has already happened to other people? I’d like to get a PayPal payment refund. Anyway, I’m fed up. Thanks for any useful information regarding my request. Thank you

You have an estimated delivery date.So once it has passed ( and not before ) you follow this procedure :

if that doesn't work,you'll open a dispute with PayPal since you paid with it,but start with eBay and wait to see what happens ..
