Well, another scam I think. Colissimo tells me that my parcel was delivered but there’s nothing in the mailbox. Who’s at fault?

certainly not the seller who did their job of dropping off the package at Colissimo.
At Colissimo... ?
did the delivery person preempt the delivery notice even before making it...? (this sometimes happens when delivery people are under pressure from their management, to whom they have to report...)
See whether the package will not actually be delivered within the next 24 hours..
Neighbors or family?
ask around to see if someone might have picked up your purchase...
and file a claim or complaint if needed if someone stole your package.
