despite 3 phone calls to Ebay as soon as the dispute was opened: Ebay has just refunded this 1950 necklace, sold on December 12 and received on December 23; a dispute was opened on January 9 (3 pearls supposedly missing) this necklace was in perfect condition, the buyer obviously doesn't want to send it back to me; she has put it up for sale on Etsy, photo attached ......but is asking a price for the lost pearls unreachable of course, doesn't reply to messages I lost the refund, the necklace, everything is perfect for her, it's for sale on Etsy!!!!! ( rare pieces from a couture house, 1950s)
