Fraud detected after purchase — impossible to cancel the order

Hello, I just bought something through an ad, and I’ve just realized it’s a scam.
But when I try to cancel the order (which hasn’t been shipped yet), the site says it’s encountering an error...
How can I cancel the order?
I’ve already sent a message to the seller to tell them to cancel my order. I’m trying to contact eBay to cancel the order but to no avail, I only get automatic messages that don’t help me...
What can I do to cancel the order I just placed less than 1 hour ago and that hasn’t been shipped yet?

If you can't do it, you can try contacting Customer Service, see here--------> eBay customer service
Otherwise, wait until the expected delivery date has passed and

So I’m stuck.
I sent a message to the seller to say that I misunderstood the listing and that I want to cancel before the item is shipped.
The issue is that the listing is for an accessory for a console and is being sold at the price of the console, and from the photos I wrongly thought it was for the console itself (and that’s my fault too, I looked too fast).
Basically, I’d really like to cancel before the item is shipped, but there’s this error, and when I try to contact eBay it’s all automatic messages and read receipts and I can’t get a human support agent

Mentor5 days agoYou seem to be stuck because of a so-called "bug" that means you'll have to wait until the delivery date has passed before you can do anything...
Before that date, it will be "mission impossible"...
Take the opportunity to clear your browser cache, which is sending you around in circles - delete the recent history after logging out of ebay.

The bug seems to have been fixed according to one of the participants.
If that’s not the case, follow the advice of @lingma85 (Hello lingma85)
