Need help with an eBay scam: I reported an Italian seller on eBay on June 30 for a fraudulent listing. Indeed, he sold me a pink Sony Cybershot DSC-W830 camera with an 8x zoom, and I realized from the listing images that it was actually a lower-end DSC-W810 with a 6x zoom, less powerful.

In the listing images, you can also see that the camera box is a DSC W830 box, but it says the camera is black. Yet it is pink...

I reported to eBay that the listing was misleading and I asked for a refund on June 30, but this seller canceled my refund request and still shipped me the camera this morning. At the same time, in the chat, the seller says he has several cameras and that he is not a criminal and that he made a mistake. I have already paid the first installment on Klarna. After a 2nd report to eBay today, I just got a response from eBay explaining that the listing does not violate its rules. What a shock. What can I do? Also, in the chat window, the seller tells me that he is not a criminal, that he just made a mistake, and that to prove his good faith, he sent a second package last night with the correct DSC W830 camera. He just sent me a photo of a shipping label dated this morning but it is not on the 2nd package (the label is lying on the floor). This smells like a scam from a mile away. On the seller's shop it says "Returns refused". What should I do? Refuse both packages or will that backfire on me? Help me please 🙄
