Scam - The seller is playing with the terms so I can't get a refund

Hello,
I bought a product on May 17, 2026, and after 3 business days I contacted the seller (pi********e-fr) to find out when he intended to send the package. I never got a response. I therefore requested a cancellation, which was refused after 3 days because the seller did not respond to it.
I then waited until the last estimated delivery day (May 29) in order to request a refund. On May 29 the seller creates the Mondial Relay label, so from that point on I can no longer request a refund, but the package still has not been sent, not even handed over to the carrier.
Ebay gives me no way to get a refund from the seller even though he is unreachable and is just letting time pass.
Ebay promotes buyer safety while giving the seller full power.
I would like a way to contact Ebay directly so I can escalate my issue and get a refund.

"So I wait until the last estimated delivery day (29 May) to request a refund" = if the delivery deadline is 29 May, that means you cannot open a dispute before 30 May (the deadline having to be passed).
