Fake item scam
Summary: chiv47 explained that they bought AirPods Pro 2 from a seller who claimed they were genuine, but after noticing sound issues, they found out at Apple that the products were replicas with a stolen serial number. Hello, I bought AirPods Pro 2 from a seller, who authenticated their origin from Apple. However, the sound was weird and bad for Apple AirPods. So I went to Apple to verify their authenticity and they confirmed that it was a fake with a stolen serial number. The box is not the right size. the font is the wrong color, nothing is right but it can seem very real. To date the seller does not want to accept a return I have all the proof even an email from Apple. What should I do?

The seller cannot oppose a return request for a non-conforming item, so follow the procedure:
