Hello, I just won an auction at €86 for a PC processor, the seller had put in-person delivery, I asked him if despite that he did shipping, he replied that yes he could send it, I asked him to change his listing so I could directly pay the shipping costs but he tells me that it’s impossible to change the auction because it has already closed, then he says “send me your postal address, I’ll send it to you myself out of my own pocket” is this a scam or not ?

That’s not the procedure ..
The seller is supposed to cancel the sale and repost the listing with the fees included.
By offering shipping, it may be a scam if they ask you for the code you receive for in-person handoff before shipping.
