I'll explain my problem to you
I wanted to buy an account for a mobile game .
So I bought the item from the person; since it's a digital product, I gave them the withdrawal code in person so that they could then send me the account .

So he said he was waiting to have the money on his eBay before sending me the account

So I waited .

More than 24 later I open a dispute because he still hasn't sent the product ( I obviously have proof by message that he never sent it to me ) .

He then replies to me by message that he will send me the account but that the dispute is a problem for him because he can't provide a tracking number .

It's now been 48h and when I send him messages he no longer replies .

Do you think I will be refunded ?
