Sale scam
I sold an item to a buyer and he is accusing me of not having sent the right product. When opening the package, he found a T-shirt instead. Yet I did send the right product via Mondial Relay. What should I do in this kind of dispute?

Did you ask for a photo of the parcel? Is this your packaging?
Because a mix-up at Mondial Relay during relabeling is possible, in which case you need to contact MR customer service.

OP6 months agoIt is indeed my parcel and the packaging I used. The buyer confirmed to me that the package was not opened upon receipt. He is clearly trying to scam me. What recourse do I have?

Since it will be "your word against theirs"... and you can't prove that it wasn't you who packed the parcel incorrectly...
- your buyer will be refunded for a listing not as described or some other reason just as acceptable to the site.
In short--- = --- you have no recourse.

Mentor6 months agoFor a photo/video to serve as evidence against an accusation of any offense... it has to be validated by a bailiff...
Try your luck without that approval... it’s with no guarantee of success, but possible..
