A seller, without consulting me about choosing a "mondial relais" address, found one nearly 5 kilometers from my home even though within a 600-meter radius there are 3 mondial relais!!! Since I don't have any means of transportation, how am I supposed to pick it up? Second question: Who chooses the pickup points? the seller or "ebay"? Best regards

Without a reply from you, the parcel will be returned to the seller, who will only refund you the price of the product, with shipping costs deducted..

For the pickup point, it’s Packlink that indicates it to the seller according to the postal code, but the seller can modify it as long as they are informed in time ..
