What exactly do you mean by "payment pending" ???
Has the buyer not paid?

If you got the email from eBay saying that the buyer has paid and that you can proceed with shipping, do it, the payment will be transferred to you later .
If you don't hear anything from eBay or the buyer, you can cancel the transaction after 3 days to recover the commission on the sale ..
