Hello; I bought a product on eBay and it has been paid for. The only problem is that for a week now the product's shipping status has not changed; it is on 'Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item'. I have tried several times to contact the seller and I have never received even the slightest response. To check the seller's attitude, I sent him a question about another product and I got a quick reply from him. So he can clearly see his messages, but he just doesn't want to reply to my main message.
